Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to my letter of 17 January 2002, I write to inform you that the relevant United Nations Security Council Committee has designated a new consolidated list of names under section 3 of the United Nations Sanctions (Afghanistan) Regulation ( " Regulation "). The list was gazetted and came into effect on 7 June 2002 in accordance with the Regulation. A copy of the Gazette Notice (G.N. 3368) is attached at Annex.
