Important Notes Before You Proceed

The periods for return submission in each year are:
-
1 Apr to 31 May (for Relevant Period 1 Oct to 31 Mar); and
-
1 Oct to 30 Nov (for Relevant Period 1 Apr to 30 Sep)

For insurers of Composite Business, it is recommended to file General Business and Long Term Business separately into two returns.

Only one reporting currency is acceptable for each return submission by separate batch, for example USD in one batch and CNY in another batch. Separate batches must be uploaded one at a time via the CSV upload function.

Calculation of levy must be finalized with payable balance for the Relevant Period ready for remittance prior to the return submission.

Remittance return for each Relevant Period must be accomplished with a corresponding levy remittance matching the levy payable reported in the return.

Return submission without a valid support of levy remittance is NOT consider as complete and will be rejected.

Payment reference, for example cheque number, bank transfer reference number etc., must be reported in the return.

For the optimum experience in using the LISA application, you are advised to use the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
