Further to my letter of 20 August 2002, I write to inform you that an updated list of names designated by the relevant United Nations Security Council Committee was published in the Gazette (G.N. 5628) and came into effect on 13 September 2002 in accordance with section 10 of the United Nations Sanctions (Afghanistan) Regulation ("Regulation"). A copy of the list is enclosed at Annex. Soft copy of the list is also available on the Government website (www.info.gov.hk/pd/content/index.htm)
